Greetings! You can call me Tuna or Elliot.

I call myself a character artist, but I am many things. I'm a comic artist, a video editor, a writer, a cook, a biker, a friend, a lover, a fighter. Etcetera. I'm passionate about making art that comes straight from the soul. I think people can sense when you're not genuine. That's why it's important to be honest in your work. I try to my best to embody this as much as I can, but nobody's perfect. Not even me...(joke.)

I'm actually a HUGE scaredy cat. I'm fascinated by horror, but I can't stomach it. Dare I say, it scares me! It keeps me up at night! As an anxious insomniac with a penchant for unsettling dreams, I'm not trying to invite in more demons. With that being said, I'm writing something of a horror comic now. I feel like an imposter saying such a thing, but I admit I'm not quite sure how to categorize what I'm creating otherwise. Psychological horror? Surreal horror? Yeah, something in that vein. Anyway, now that I'm a horror comic artist now, that means I actually have to start ingesting more horror media now. Augh! I'm scared!! But I'll do it... Anything for the craft...!

Outside of being an artist, I'm actually a server. I'm a classic tale of a post-grad art major turned food service, unfortunately. Since I graduated 3 years ago, my life has been a disaster. Slowly, but surely, I'm recentering my life, bit by painstaking bit. It turns out, no one can live your life for you. It all belongs to you, and it's up to you what to with it. You are the protagonist of your own life! (Mob Psycho 100!) Imagine that! Autonomy! This comic is a big symbol of me reclaiming my life and owning my identity as an artist. Would you believe that when I posted part 1, I was sure no one would care about it? 2.4 million views later, and here we are. What a miracle! I'm still so thankful.

Ah, I was never known for being concise. I'm sorry. I'm just feeling a bit nostalgic all of a sudden. I'm happy you're here, because it means you're curious about me and my art. That in itself is a beautiful thing. Thank you! Thank you for wanting to see what I draw and what I have to say. That is so freaking cool. YOU'RE cool. Probably. Hahaha.
